   We are located in a great little resort/vacation town called Theodosia "Gods Gift" and Theodosia is located right on Bull Shoals Lake in Southern MO. We are just 45 minutes East of Branson, 1 1/2 hour SE of Springfield and Mtn Home, AR is just 35 minutes SE. Our County is Ozark County. Here you wont find stop lights or lots of traffic. What you will find is a lot of people who take life easy and slow, but are friendly, hard working, and God fearing. Ozark County is often called "The Real Ozarks" because of the people and the way of life. The land here is rolling, to flat bottom land along the creeks and rivers, theres 2 crystal clear lakes Bull Shoals and Norfork, and there is two floatable rivers the North Fork and Bryant. Ozark County also has over 38000 acres of National and State Forests to explore, hike, hunt, or ride horseback.
